What you are referring to in the glovebox is NOT the build sheet.

redjetty,
The build sheet is a folded printer sheet in the front crossmember frame rail (which is a hollow boxed member). I think the only way you can get to it is by removing the front fascia. An easier way to obtain one (albeit not "original") is to order one from the NCM.

You are correct, you have to remove the front fascia (bumper cover) and the front bumper (foam pad) then you reach in the end of the front impact bar (front frame cross section) and pull out the sheet.

Anyone know how much the NCM charges for the sheet?

I suspect the NCM's website would state the cost.

I just purchased two, one for my 2000 and one for my 1985. They were $25 and $30 laminated. I can't remember which was which, but it is I believe $10 more if you are not a member of the NCM. They look terrific.

Good luck... GUSTO
