You are only bidding on a key. what goes along with the key is a gift from my cheating husband to you. its the only thing that made him happy and what will undoubtedly make you very happy as well.

Because they get the car too......it's just that ebay has policys for mystery auctions, so the car is a "gift" that is awarded to the winning bidder, etc.
SAme thing goes for mysterybox auctions...u bid on an empty "box" but as a gift to the winning bidder the box is filled with some mystery item.

That would be a lot of money for a diecast model of a vette if that's what it ended up being. There's no indicators that it's a real Vette. I'll pass.

If you think this isn't a scam give me a call. I would like to sell you some swamp land. There is no way the lady is stupid enough to take a couple thousand for a car worth up to maybe 40 or 50,000. And the shipping quote would just about cover an in state delivery. Typical shipping from LA to St. Louis would run you about 1500.00 in an enclosed carrier. The old caveat "If it sounds to good to be true, it is." rings loudly in my ears.................................... ....

I emailed Ebay to take a look at the auction. I mean if the bid was $400 that is one thing but it is well over $2000, that is ridiculous and I have a feeling someone would get ripped of badly. Will let you all know what they say.

It says it is a GM licensed product...........sounds like a diecast or a remote control car to me which may have come with a key!
