I'm planning to go. Can't pass up that Salt Lick BBQ plus a good cruise. Doesn't get much better than that!

Are they still planning Salt Lick? an email came out today about

Here is a real quick update on a few surprises!!!

1. After the drive you are welcome to join us in surprising the Cedar Park High School Cheerleaders in their first ever Car show at Cedar Park High School at 1:30-3 or so.

2. After that we take a short drive over to the Marriot Hotel in Round Rock to meet up with the Texas AC Cobra Club for the Annual Spring meeting. They are expecting us there around 4 or so.

3. We will then caravan with the Cobra folks over to the 1431 Parmer Car show for a real show stopper.

Although quite a few of us didn't stay to eat...we just headed out to the HS for the "car show." It was a great time!

It was a fun time. Sometimes it was kinda dangerous. I didn't like the fact that we would fly around a corner going 90 then have to slam on the breaks because everybody was stopping. I had to swerve a few times.

I didnt make the car show because i was starving when we got to the salt lick. It was pretty fun going threw some of those twistie roads.

Yeah, I bet that was harder on your brakes than on mine (although mine are quickly coming to the end of their useful life, especially after yesterday and again today)! I was just glad to see an older Vette showed up! I'll post my pics soon.
