ET Streets will hook 99% of the time.

What "both worlds"??? looking for TRACK tires..... E.T. STREETS  I did drive to the track with them on the car last wednesday (NOT FUN). I can not wait until thr E.T. STREET RADIAL comes out. I will use those for the STREET to go with my radial tires up front. But at the TRACK, bias plys definitly are softer & stickier than a radial tire.

For Drag Radial I choose BFG over Nitto (Mickey Thompson has a drag radial coming out next year we need to try)

For DOT Slick, we really only have one choice. Mickey Thompson ET Street. Works great.

I get more runs out of ET Streets. Almost twice as many. The Drag Radial feels better on the street since it is a radial but once you get the treads off it, it is just as slick.

That M/T E.T. STREET RADIAL also "looks" real cooooool. I'm sure with M/T's technology, it'll work as good, most likely BETTER than B.F.G.'s D.R.

By the way, I'm not looking to run the D.R.'s at the track. They "should' give me more traction on the street (when DRY) and look TUFF parked at a cruise night :D :D As long as the car "GOES" it's gotta look good too!!??

Has anyone had any experience with either the hoosier quick time pro 28 11.5 16 I think or the Hoosier drag slick 28 10 16?I think the 28 10 16 would work great with my car but I am concerned about rubbing. Especially on the big end.

I have used Hoosier Quick Time Pro"s on my Buick GN and Love them. Not good in rain though.

If you want a race tire that's good on the street I would try the Nitto's . They hook well on a good preped track and are great to drive on .Rainy days you have to drive with more caution.

I used the Hoosier Quick Time pros and they worked great on my Nova. It went 11.30s with 1.48-1.52 at a weight of 3400 (without me).
